be used by individuals and non-profit organizations for non-commercial purposes. Use of the program,

sale of the program, or use of any of the puzzles or solutions it generates for commercial purposes is

Sudoku Studio is marketed as SHAREWARE. Any individual may obtain, install, and use the program for

evaluation purposes at no charge. After Sudoku Studio has been installed on a computer for 30 days,

it will begin to remind the user that it is time to purchase a license for continued use. All users, whether

licensed or not, should feel free to give copies of this program to others as long as the copyright notices

within the program, on the display, and in the documentation remain unchanged. The program should be

distributed in one of the files SDKSDO??.ZIP or SDKSDO??.EXE which contain all the necessary

supporting files. Businesses may distribute copies of this software under the condition that purchasers

are informed that payment made for the copy does not grant them a license for continued use. In

particular, any business following the guidelines of the Association of Shareware Professionals (ASP)

may distribute copies of this software.

IF A SINGLE PERSON IS THE ONLY PERSON USING A SUDOKU STUDIO LICENSE,

then the individual may purchase a license for a single computer. They may install their licensed version

of Sudoku Studio on as many computers as they like as long as they never use Sudoku Studio on more

than one computer at a time, and no other person uses that licensed version of Sudoku Studio.

IF MORE THAN ONE PERSON WILL BE USING A SUDOKU STUDIO LICENSE including other family

members, friends, or colleagues, then it is required that a license be purchased for each computer on

which Sudoku Studio license will be used.

IF YOU ARE MAKING SUDOKU STUDIO AVAILABLE ON A COMPUTER NETWORK by installing the program on a server where it can be accessed from multiple other computers or workstations, then you must purchase a license for each computer and workstation that will have access to that Sudoku Studio on that network. If your network is equipped with software where you can limit the number of copies of a program in use at any one time, and you limit the number of copies of Sudoku Studio that can be used at any one time, then you need only purchase a license for that limited number of copies.
